Privacy
This site collects the minimum data needed to arrange a viewing and answer your questions. This page describes which data, for what purpose, for how long and with what rights, in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of 25 September 2020, in force since 1 September 2023.
Data controller
Mavrix SARL, Avenue de Montchoisi 20a, 1006 Lausanne, email TODO_LEGAL. Smartimmo Sàrl handles viewing requests on behalf of the developer.
Data collected
Contact form: name, telephone, email, unit of interest, message, date and time of submission. You enter this data yourself.
Technical data: truncated IP address and request fingerprint, used only to limit abusive submissions, kept for no more than 24 hours.
Question-and-answer assistant: the text of your questions is sent to Anthropic PBC (United States) to produce an answer; no identifying data is attached; do not enter personal data in the assistant. The site keeps no conversations: questions are neither stored nor logged, only an anonymous cost counter is kept. The assistant collects no name, telephone number or address; to be called back, use the contact form.
No tracking cookies, no third-party audience measurement, no advertising pixels. A single technical cookie is set, without which the form could not tell a person from a robot: it holds only a signed timestamp, nothing about you, and it disappears after two hours at the latest. If audience measurement is ever switched on, a banner will ask you first and nothing will load before you agree.
Purposes and legal basis
Arranging a viewing, answering your request, sending you the sales documentation. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures) and on the consent you give in the form. No automated decision-making, no profiling.
Recipients and processors
Smartimmo Sàrl (sales and viewings) and Mavrix SARL (developer). Technical providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States, European servers where possible), Resend Inc. (notification emails, United States), Upstash Inc. (abuse rate limiting and the technical reserve for requests that could not be passed on, United States), Anthropic PBC (question-and-answer assistant, United States). Transfers to the United States rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Viewing requests are kept for as long as the units are being marketed, then for no more than twelve months, unless a legal retention obligation linked to a completed sale applies.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and provision of your data in a common format, on request to the data controller. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security
Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), server-side validation of submissions, a cap on requests per connection. Requests are sent on to the broker by email and are not stored on the site. If the email fails, the request is held in a technical reserve until it can be passed on, ninety days at most, then deleted.
Updates
This policy may be amended if processing changes. The date of the last amendment is shown at the bottom of the page.
